What Farhah is
Farhah is a booking and management platform. Merchants use it to publish services and accept appointments. When you book, your contract for the service itself is with the merchant; your contract for using the platform is with Farhah.
Using the platform
You agree to provide accurate contact details, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to circumvent payment, security, or rate-limiting controls. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Bookings, payments, and invoices
Merchant prices include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Moyasar (cards, Apple Pay, mada) and Tamara (BNPL); the merchant of record on your card statement is Farhah's payment processor. Every paid booking generates a ZATCA-compliant simplified invoice you can view and print from your booking page.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel a booking up to the window the merchant configured (visible on your booking page). Refund eligibility, partial refunds, and credit notes follow the merchant's policy and Saudi consumer-protection law. Disputes about a specific service are settled with the merchant first; we step in when the platform itself is at fault.
Loyalty points & discount codes
Loyalty points and discount codes are issued at the merchant's discretion. Cancelling a booking does not automatically restore redeemed points or used codes; ask the merchant to adjust manually if appropriate.
Reviews and content
You may submit reviews of a service you actually received. We may remove content that is defamatory, off-topic, unlawful, or that contains personal data about other people.
Liability
Farhah provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the quality of services delivered by individual merchants, indirect or consequential losses, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law forbids it.
Intellectual property
The Farhah name, logo, and platform code belong to Farhah. Merchant names, logos, and content belong to the respective merchants. You retain the rights to content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms when the product or law changes; the date above reflects the latest revision. You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or legal reasons, with reasonable notice where practical.
Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be heard by the competent courts in Riyadh.
